Beyonc� Knowles carried a Kate Spade handbag as she ran errands around NYC this morning with the help of an assistant. He once again held her umbrella after also shielding her from the rain while she shopped yesterday. Beyonc� covered her belly in a leopard-print top during that outing, but today she showed off her shape in a tight minidress. While Beyonc�'s baby bump has been the center of attention lately, the mom-to-be is also focused on her career. She's launching a maternity clothing line with House of Der�on, recently released the video for "Countdown," and is front and center on the November cover of Harper's Bazaar.
